To amend the Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992 to adjust the boundary of the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, and for other purposes.

This section amends the existing Dayton Aviation Heritage Preservation Act of 1992. It adds a new subsection (d) to Section 101, which explicitly states that the boundary of the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park is adjusted to include approximately one acre of land in Dayton, Ohio. This land is identified and depicted on a map titled "Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park Proposed Boundary Addition," dated February 2023.
