This section mandates that the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic located in Saint Croix, United States Virgin Islands, will be officially renamed. From the date this Act is enacted, it will be known as the "Lieutenant Colonel David C. Canegata III Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic." Furthermore, all existing and future official documents, laws, and records referring to this clinic must use the new designated name.
